01. Consultation / Hearing

We will ask you about your request, budget, site conditions, delivery time, etc. Please feel free to contact us.

 

 

02. Site survey / legal confirmation

We will check the site and investigate the surrounding environment. In addition, we will check various laws and regulations such as the Building Standard Law.

 

 

03. Proposal of rough plan

We will propose a rough plan based on the customer's request and based on the environment around the site and confirmation of laws and regulations.

* We will discuss the cost of proposing a rough plan separately. If you proceed to the contract, it will be included in the design fee.

 

 

04. Design / construction supervision contract

When we receive a formal request, we will explain important matters and make a design and construction supervision contract.

 

 

05. Basic design

We will proceed with the basic design based on the rough plan. We will consider the planning and structural form of the building based on the floor plan and cross-sectional view, and summarize the direction of the building. We will also explain the estimated construction cost.

 

 

06. Implementation design

Based on the basic design, we will proceed with the design of the building in more detail. We will prepare various detailed drawings, specifications, equipment drawings, etc. and create a set of design documents.

 

 

07. Construction estimate / selection of contractor

We will ask the contractor for a construction estimate, estimate the construction cost, and select the contractor. We will adjust the quotation if necessary.

 

 

08. Building confirmation application

We will prepare the application documents and carry out the procedure work to receive the confirmation certificate required for the start of construction.

 

09. Construction contract

You will be asked to conclude a construction contract between the customer and the contractor.

 

10. Start of construction and on-site supervision

We will explain the contents and intention of the design document to the builder and confirm on-site whether the construction is done according to the design document. We will check the progress of construction work, various inspections, and samples.

 

11. Completion / delivery

We perform completion inspection by the building inspection organization, design inspection by our company, and completion inspection in the presence of the customer. After the inspection is completed, we will hand it over to the customer if there are no defects.

 

12. Correspondence after completion

About one year after the building is completed, we will be present at the inspection conducted by the builder. If any problems or repairs occur, we will discuss with the contractor and give instructions. If there are additional designs or requests, we will respond for a fee.
